Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a manufacturing and trading company with our own factory and export license. You don't need to coordinate with multiple suppliers — we handle blankets, bath mats, and cushions all under one roof with unified quality control.

Q2: What products do you manufacture?
Three core categories: blankets, bath mats, and cushions. We also produce bathrobes and rugs. All products are available with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification upon request.

Q3: Do you offer OEM/ODM?
Yes. Customization on size, color, material, and packing is available. For ODM, we can provide design suggestions based on your target market positioning.

Q4: Is the sample free?
Our existing stock samples are free — you only pay the shipping cost. For custom samples, a sample fee applies based on complexity, but it is refundable upon formal order placement.

Q5: How do you ensure quality control?
Three-stage inspection: ① incoming raw material check, ② in-line production monitoring, ③ 100% finished product inspection before shipment. Inspection reports and loading videos are available upon request.

Q6: What is your delivery lead time?
Standard lead time is 25-30 days after order confirmation. For urgent orders, we can discuss expedited options based on your required arrival date.

 Yes. All our packaging is tested to ensure the total heavy metal content (lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium) is ≤100 mg/kg, in full compliance with EU PPWR (EU 2025/40). Test reports can be provided for your records.
